Throughout the entire process, it is important to highlight the our growing commitment to sustainability, seeking to reduce the environmental impact of production through the use of recycled materials, ethical and responsible production practices, and environmental preservation initiatives.
Design and Creation
Our designer creates concepts and sketches for each piece of your collection. This process involves drawing initial sketches, selecting fabrics, and detailing each model to ensure it is ready for sample development.
Shipping
Once the samples are approved, we'll send them via DHL Express, usually arriving within 7-10 business days.
After you went through the sample stage and approved the shape, fit, construction, stitching method and all the other details, this is where you start planning your bulk order.
Sample Development
Our sample development service brings your design concepts to life, crafting them into tangible products. We meticulously refine elements like shape, fit, construction, and stitching methods, resulting in a finished sample ready for your review. While developing samples, it's wise to also complete all your label requirements such as heat transfer labels, hang tags, hygiene liners. This can be carried out simultaneously with your product development to streamline the process for bulk production later on.
When you order samples and if you are interested in custom prints, you should also get them developed at this stage.
